Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be entitled to a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)

If you are a customer in Ireland or the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The hair curler must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and protective seals must be included

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but returns may be refused or partially refunded if the item shows signs of use beyond this.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered

  • The product is returned without original packaging or accessories

  • The return request is made after the 14-day period (unless faulty)

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.


4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at evoaireland@hotmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return (optional)

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your hair curler is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair,replacement, or refund in line with Irish and EU consumer law.

Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where applicable.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
