Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

Damaged or Lost Items

If your hair curler arrives damaged or your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryat evonireland@hotmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Orders shipped within Ireland are not subject to customs charges or import duties.
